SHIPPING

Customers in Saskatoon and Regina have  the option for free delivery on orders over $25.00 ( please note that there will be no deliveries until into January 2021)

We offer two options for shipping, depending upon the weight of your order.

For small orders, under 200 grams (one or two fabric items), you can choose to use the Letter Mail option. Please note that this option does not provide a tracking number. This option costs $5.00.       Five of Hearts Studio does not accept responsibility if the package is lost in transit. (while rare, it does occasionally happen) Note: Candles are not eligible for $5.00 shipping.

For larger packages, or if you want a tracking number, the shipping option is Expedited Parcel. This option costs $15.00, and if your package is lost in transit (before delivery), Five of Hearts Studio will replace your order. 

All packages are shipped using Canada Post. Packages are shipped once payment is received and product has been created for you. Current production time is dependent upon order list, all orders are created in the order they are received. Canada Post delivery within Canada is usually 3-7 days, though currently (October 2020) Canada Post is processing a backlog of parcels, which may affect shipping times. 

Five of Hearts Studio is not responsible for packages upon delivery notification. 

Five of Hearts Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed. The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items. The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Five of Hearts Studio marked as unclaimed. Five of Hearts Studio does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
